FinCap Friday: Hello, Digital Price Tags
Walmart and other major retailers are starting to replace paper price tags and shelf tags with tiny digital screens displaying the price, which means that prices can now change at the push of a button! The company says it's all about efficiency, but shoppers and lawmakers aren't so sure about that. Is this a win for retail or the beginning of surge pricing at your nearest grocery store?
